Crashing On Start

iCloud Drive / Syncing on iOS 17.4 has been very problematic for some users and is causing crashes and/or disappearing files. These issues should be resolved in iOS version 17.5.

If Valence 3D is continuously crashing upon opening, you can try these work arounds to get it working:

  1. Disable iCloud Syncing for Valence 3D. Go to your iOS Settings > [TAP ON YOUR NAME] > iCloud > iCloud Drive > App Syncing to iCloud Drive > Valence 3D > OFF

  2. Now you should be able to open Valence 3D. After opening Valence 3D, Please Disable iCloud in Valence 3D Settings.

  3. If the problem persists, then try resetting your network settings: Go to your iOS Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

  4. Delete the Valence 3D folder in your iCloud Drive and try rebooting your device.

  5. If nothing works, please request a refund from Apple.

  6. If you are still interested in using Valence 3D, try updating Valence 3D every week to see if the issue has been resolved.
